BUSY! You would read on if you really care. Today’s post is really lengthy (:

Wow! My blog is dying soon. I haven’t been updating since don’t know when. Let me start updating! Everything was really fun starting from Friday!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOWEN!
Alright, Friday was busy and awesome! I changed my shift from working 1pm-5pm everyday to 930am-1230pm on Friday. Wanted to visit Lapis, but he couldn’t make it in the end. So we went for find SK instead! Had a great time fellowshipping!

Some misunderstanding on Thursday, thank God it’s cleared, because things are sorted out. Accompanied SK & Mikki around town before we finally settled down in Nafa. Hwa came later to teach me Photoshop. But things cropped up in the middle that I didn’t manage to learn Photoshop. But I thank God that as I was busy preparing stuffs for Saturday, Hwa helped me with the SongSheets that we need to account to Shawn. Thanks girl :D

We went to Bowen’s house, after Mikki’s meeting. Bought a cake & Mikki bought a muffin! We lighted 19 candles to lead Bowen from his house to the staircase where we hid ourselves to surprise him! It was a success!

Bowen, we really love you & God loves you too! Keep smiling! :D

Preparations
Thank God for Xin! It was a last minute notice that on Saturday the church will be having the promotion day! Mikki is getting promoted to EM, which actually also means she’s no longer our PCGL, but right now a CGL! LiangKai & Shaun called me, asking me to prepare things for Mikki. Was a little lost at that moment. Because I didn’t do it before, but well, there’s always a first time to everything. I still thank God that I have the chance to plan and prepare for Mikki’s item :D

Thank God that the My Life committee was there at Nafa on Friday. When Mikki went for her meeting, we brain stormed ideas for her gifts. Then to my realization, it wasn’t easy getting Mikki realistic item. Every time when I give her things, I think it’s kind of random & junk items, not once a realistic one. So when Shaun prompted us to be more focus, there’s only 1 thing we had in mind, a book on leadership. Shaun didn’t disagree, but doubt that Mikki is a book person.

Getting Mikki not just a small card, but an A3 size one. Xin stayed over at my house and we designed overnight. Being a noob in photoshop, I admit I did learn quite a lot using the tools while designing.

Cash was a serious problem initially, but I thank God we managed to cover it! :D

Hwa bought the flowers, Jazz printed the card, Kevin & Ruiling purchased the book & Xin accompanied me thru the night. I thank God for favor of man! It wasn’t easy, especially it was really last minute, but I thank God we did it! I really can’t imagine if I were to do it alone, without them helping. Most of them were W426’s people (:

Xin: I’m really sorry if my temper ain’t good. I know I’ve been fretting temper over things. But we did it! :D PTL!

Busy yet fun! Because it’s for Mikki!

Slept for very short while, thank God that I have energy to go to church. JS drove us there. Wore my black bf top because WanXiu needs to take photographs of me in collar top. Serving at south 1 wasn’t easy. There’s sentosa outing on Saturday, therefore there’s shortage in man power for ushering. Only 1 for internal ._. and 1 person to each zone. Posted to south, handling south 1 on my own wasn’t easy. I cried, I really teared. I went accordingly to what I was supposed to do, it really stretched my capacity. But somehow, things didn’t turn out well, there were too many loopholes. People left after Praise & Worship, making my zone even emptier. Thank God for JS, he didn’t scold me, yet kept encouraging me. But I was really sorry I make his job tougher.

Too many things happened on Saturday. Duta & Andrew is leaving the usher team because their cellgroup multiplied and they were posted to expo services. Although I didn’t get to know them for a long time, but Andrew was the one who guides me on my very first time officially ushering. I held back my tears. But guys, all the best! Keep shinning for God! Keep smiling! We love you, & will never forget you! :D

Rushed up to find the cellgroup. We celebrated Shaun’s birthday! I’m getting his gift when I received my pay. Gonna spend wisely after receiving my pay too! Still thinking what to get for him! :D it’s gonna be fun too!

& also, we celebrated Mikki’s promotion. Finally she’s our CGL! Whoa, I thank God for Mikki in my life too! I know Mikki is really excited about the promotion! :D Hope she do like the flower, book & card! :D Cheers for Mikki!

Kai came to my house to help me with my internet connection. So he found out that it was my router that is having the problem. He’s helping me send it for repair. Thanks :D now I can use the com with an USB Ethernet cable!

SENTOSA OUTREACH!
Today was awesome, seriously! It is my first trip down to sentosa, thank God for great memories!

Our combined cellgroup today, W473 & W426 was really awesome! We won captains ball together! Great team work! :D kudos guys!
Really a tiring day!

Need to get some rest soon!
